Thank you for your interest in becoming a Rebuilt Ruins Ministries Session Observer. Your form has been successfully submitted.

Please note that each ministry session is prayerfully prepared and carefully structured, and many individuals have waited months for the opportunity to receive ministry from us. We honor the limited and valuable time set apart for each session and review/approve observer requests with care.

Team and observer scheduling is handled exclusively through WhatsApp. All ministry team members and observers must have the WhatsApp app installed and be able to communicate through it. Monthly scheduling availability forms are sent out with a required response window. Only those who submit the availability form within the allotted timeframe will be considered for scheduling that month.

Once availability forms are submitted, ministry teams are prayerfully formed and observers are assigned to specific sessions. Observers will then be added to a session-specific WhatsApp group for each session to which they are assigned.

A session confirmation will be sent through the WhatsApp group the day before the session. It is very important that each observer acknowledge this confirmation by replying within that text group with text or emoji, so the team lead or scheduler knows the message was received and can count on your attendance. Failure to acknowledge may result in removal from the schedule. Punctuality in attending the session is VERY important. You will be praying in with the team, so make sure to show up on time at the specified time.

Observers are warmly encouraged to attend Rebuilt Ruins Ministries services. You are welcome to arrive early to assist with setup and observe how the team prepares for services, as well as help with teardown and observe how services are closed.

 

Please note that significant ministry often takes place as services conclude and transition into extended ministry time. During this time, observers are welcome to participate as silent prayer partners and assist ministry team members when asked.

Observers are not permitted to pray for individuals on their own unless specifically invited to do so by a team lead. If you believe you have a word for someone during a service, please bring it to a team lead first before sharing it. This is an important safety protocol for those we minister to.
